I like to use the app, Down dog instead of youtube. It's very customizable and the soothing background music and voice put me into a place where I feel like I'm in a yoga studio.

As you shower, imagine the water carrying away stress and negativity, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. I make my shower a little longer than needed to feel more relaxed and take it slow as a part of relaxing activity.
